The human resources specialist debuts a new online journal from which he will communicate his thoughts and ideas to the world

The web-based journal is hosted by an online platform dedicated to giving voice to entrepreneurs, business leaders, and creatives, and primarily deals with matters relating to human resources, of which Neil has considerable expertise.
In the premiere blog entry, titled HR Expert Neil Shah Discusses How HR Practices Differ Across Industries, Neil addresses how various sectors of the economy approach human resource issues in their own specific way. In one notable section dealing with the banking and finance industry, he writes, “The banking and finance industries are typically more formal than other industries regarding HR practices.
